ENRICH is a people centered multi dimensional comprehensive development program conceived and designed by the PKSF. This unique program was formulated aiming at contributing to sustainable poverty reduction and human development of program participants. ENRICH program was developed and designed centering on a concept/idea of household-based total development by conducting multiple development interventions simultaneously to address the needs of program participants’ families. Along with education and health, ENRICH program also works for the optimum utilization of existing human skills and capabilities as well as enhancement of resource base of poor households in order to enable to move forward steadily.

As a partner of PKSF, POPI has been implementing this innovative program since 2016.  Currently it is conducting ENRICH activities in 2 selected unions of from two Upazillas (Bhairab and Karimgonj) of Kishoregonj district with financial and technical assistance from PKSF. Through this intervention, POPI has been contributing to sustainable poverty eradication by offering micro-credit services for IGA, Livelihood improvement and Asset creation. ENRICH members can access loans for more than one activity under IGA and use it for conducting multiple activity with potential for productivity growth. The Asset creation loan is designed to assist the households to acquire any kind of productive asset and livelihood improvement loan is offered to meet up the family consumption needs and taking other actions for sustainable livelihood improvement.
